About Peggi

A career defined by service, leadership, and bringing people together.

Peggi Ondrasek

Peggi Ondrasek is a nonprofit business sales and operations professional based in the College Station-Bryan area. With nearly 20 years of experience in management in sales and service environments — managing teams remotely and in multiple locations across the country — Peggi brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and community heart to everything she does.

Currently serving as a Membership Investment Representative at the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce, Peggi focuses on helping local businesses grow, connect, and thrive through meaningful Chamber involvement. Her role centers on building relationships with new and existing members, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investment, and promoting opportunities that strengthen the business community.

Peggi spent over 8 years at the United Way of the Brazos Valley, rising from Vice President of Community Impact to President & CEO. In that role, she led the organization collaboratively with the Board of Directors, establishing a vision for community impact across a seven-county region. She leveraged the power of relationships and networks across nonprofit, private, public and corporate sectors to improve the health, education and financial stability of every person in the Brazos Valley.

Her corporate foundation includes 12 years at MetLife, a Fortune 50 company, where she progressed from Secretary to Officer through Sales Operations Manager, Field Services Director, and Account Executive. She managed staffing agencies, multi-million dollar budgets, and complex events. She also holds a Certificate in Chamber Management: Membership and Revenue Development.

Peggi's specialties include diversity, equity & inclusion and managing strengths — skills that have defined her approach to leadership across every organization she's served.
